Due to fire code, only SIX people are permitted to sleep in the home at one time.
A 50% deposit is required at time of booking. The balance is due 30 days prior to
occupancy. There are no cancellations within 30 days of arrival. We will however
credit you with the amount paid to another date that is mutually agreeable.
Since many people suffer allergies, we ask that there be no smoking and no pets.
Other than that, mi casa su casa, and we hope you love our Santa Fe home as
